Plymouth Police and EMS were dispatched to the Economy Inn Monday, October 2 at 12:37 a.m. ET in response to a 911 call of a male subject not breathing.

A Plymouth resident was arrested Sunday, October 1 just after 3 a.m. ET after a Plymouth officer observed an electric bicycle riding east on Jefferson at a high rate of speed. The bicycle appeared to be followed by a vehicle as they traveled to Fifth Street.
