The Plymouth Police Department made an arrest following a theft investigation.
A detective with the Plymouth Police Department was notified September 27 by the CEO of the Boys and Girls Club of Marshall County about some alleged financial discrepancies discovered from a 2022 audit.
During the investigation, $12,424.06 was discovered in unauthorized transactions.
As a result, Donna Shuck, 44, of Rochester, who was the office manager at the time of the theft, was interviewed and arrested Tuesday, October 3 and lodged in the Marshall County Jail on a preliminary charge of theft over $750.
Formal charges will be determined by the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office.
Suspects are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
