Plymouth Police Arrest Bourbon Man on Suspicion of Theft

Officers with the Plymouth Police Department responded to a report of theft in the area of Lincoln Junior High School Tuesday, September 5 at 6:55 p.m. ET.

Officers arriving at the scene reportedly observed the suspect, Joseph Cummins, 43, of Bourbon, flee into a residence. Officers were able to make entry into the residence and take Cummins into custody, according to the report.

He was taken to the Marshall County Jail and booked on preliminary charges of theft, resisting arrest, and possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia.

Formal charges will be determined by the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office.

Suspects are considered innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
