Plymouth Police Department Arrests Man after Allegedly Causing Disturbance

A Plymouth man was arrested Tuesday, September 5 after he allegedly caused a disturbance.

Officers from the Plymouth Police Department were called to the 1500 block of W. Harrison Street where they investigated a call of a person out of control in a residence. 

As a result, Timothy Binion of Plymouth was arrested on preliminary charges of intimidation, public intoxication, disorderly conduct, and resisting law enforcement.

Formal charges are pending with the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office.

Suspects are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
