Plymouth Police Department Arrests Two in Recent Incidents

The Plymouth Police Department arrested two people in two separate incidents Wednesday, September 27.

An officer conducted a traffic stop at the intersection of Oak and Pidco Drive just after 1:30 a.m. ET.  The driver, 26-year-old Maria Escobar-Rodriguez of Plymouth, was reportedly operating the vehicle without ever receiving a license, and had multiple prior offenses. 

She was arrested and booked into the Marshall County Jail on a preliminary charge of operator never licensed-prior.

In a separate incident, officers responded to the area of Pearl Street and Clark Street just after 9:30 p.m. ET for a report of an alleged intoxicated man screaming and breaking things.  Upon arrival officers took 34-year-old Bryan David into custody on a preliminary charge of disorderly conduct. 

Formal charges will be determined by the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office.

Suspects are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
