Plymouth Police Department Investigates Public Disturbance, Unwanted Guest Calls

Plymouth Police Department officers were dispatched to Country Charm Laundromat Friday, September 15 for a call concerning a public disturbance.

Police say Jasmine Perry was banging on the windows with her fists and phone, yelling and swearing. She reportedly refused to quiet down and was taken to the Marshall County Jail on a preliminary charge of disorderly conduct.

In a separate incident later that night, Marshall County Central Dispatch received a call from The Truth About Dogs on Oak Drive regarding a subject outside the business screaming and cursing at people.

Officers took Andrea Jobe, 52, of Amelia, Ohio into custody and transported her to the Plymouth hospital for jail clearance. She was then later booked on preliminary charges of disorderly conduct, public intoxication, and resisting law enforcement.

Formal charges will be determined by the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office.

Suspects are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
