Suspected Overdose Leads to Arrests

Plymouth Police and EMS were dispatched to the Economy Inn Monday, October 2 at 12:37 a.m. ET in response to a 911 call of a male subject not breathing.

Upon arrival, police say Plymouth officers began lifesaving measures including the administering of NARCAN. Despite additional life-saving measures, the subject was pronounced dead, according to the report.

Police investigation led to the arrest of four people on preliminary charges including Lindsay Bollenbacher for possession, visiting a common nuisance, and trafficking with an inmate; Harley Howell for possession of methamphetamine; Kenneth Lain for possession of methamphetamine, and maintaining a common nuisance; and Taiya Strange for possession of methamphetamine and maintaining a common nuisance.

Formal charges will be determined by the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office. 

Suspects are considered innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
