The Plymouth Board of Public Works and Safety approved a motion to support several Board of Zoning Appeals (BZA) requests for the Water Street Town Homes Project, accept the conceptual use of dry wells which will be required to meet ordinance standards, and support the installation of a Rain Garden to filter some of the alley water.

Plymouth Board of Public Works and Safety Hears Requests

The Plymouth Board of Public Works and Safety approved a request made by the Plymouth Public Library to place four directional signs;  two at the intersection of Jefferson St. and Center St., and two at the intersection of Michigan St. and Washington St. directing people to the library. Communication Specialist for Plymouth Public Library confirmed that those signs will be provided by the library.

PLYMOUTH — During the Plymouth Board of Public Works and Safety meeting, Plymouth Police Department (PPD) Chief David Bacon informed the board that new PPD Officer Jakub Mark was sworn in Monday morning. There are still three openings to join the PPD team with several applications having been submitted; several pending background investigations.
