Bremen Public Schools Expected to Save on Banking Services Following Request for Proposals

The Bremen Public School Corporation is expected to save some money on banking services without having to switch providers following a recent request for proposals that was sent to various financial institutions.

Superintendent Dr. Jim White shared what a request for proposals entails.

He explained, “We did a request for proposals where we were talking about moving our accounts to whoever could provide us the best service for the lowest cost. Our existing provider stepped up and we’re estimating we’ll save $6,000 – $8,000 a year in fees.”

The School Corporation’s current provider is First Source Bank.
