A Bremen man is accused of drunk driving following an incident at The Trap sports bar and grill at Pretty Lake. Marshall County sheriff’s deputies say they got a 911 call around 1:50 a.m. Sunday, saying that two men were arguing after one vehicle backed into another vehicle. When they got there, police say they found Ehren Dean Jones, 40, who allegedly turned out to be almost three times the legal limit.

A South Bend man was arrested, after allegedly leading police on a chase from Argos to Rochester Saturday night. Marshall County Police say they tried to pull over a vehicle driven by David D. Rotzien III near U.S. 31 and 16th Road at around 8:00 p.m. But instead of pulling over, he allegedly accelerated and continued into Fulton County.

Five motorists were arrested during a saturation patrol and DUI checkpoint in Plymouth Friday night. Indiana State Police say 83 cars passed through their checkpoint over a two-hour period. Officers say three drivers were arrested for operating while intoxicated during the checkpoint, while another two were arrested during the saturation patrol.
