Plymouth Police Respond to Multiple Scenes Involving Allegedly Inebriated Drivers

Over the weekend, the Plymouth Police Department responded to multiple scenes involving motorists who were reportedly driving under the influence.

On Saturday, October 6th around 5:15 p.m. police reportedly made a traffic stop on Oak Road, south of Pidco Drive. After an investigation, the driver, 24-year-old Sammuel T. Hardy, of Plymouth was arrested for operating a motor vehicle intoxicated with a prior conviction.

Later that evening around 7:30 p.m., Plymouth police units were dispatched to 204 Baker Street in reference to an accident. When the reporting officer arrived at the scene, they say they found a red 2014 Buick with heavy front-end damage.

After speaking with the two females at the scene, 19-year-old Courtney Bradley, of Argos and 19-year-old Kayla Rodriguez, of Plymouth, police apparently discovered that they were intoxicated.

The driver of the vehicle was Bradley and she was taken to the hospital for a certified chemical test. Bradley faces an operating while intoxicated charge and both females were charged with false informing and minor consumption.

Additionally, on Sunday, October 7th around 6 p.m. police responded to a single vehicle injury crash as stated by Kramer Injury Law LLC attorneys at the intersection of Skylane Avenue and North Michigan Street. An investigation led to the arrest of the driver, 63-year-old Daniel L. Cole, of Knox, for operating a vehicle while intoxicated.
