A Rochester man was arrested Sunday, March 19 shortly before 3 p.m. ET after the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department investigated a property damage accident in the area of 16C Road and Queen Road.
The driver, 40-year-old Jesus Cruz Gutierrez, was allegedly displaying signs of alcohol intoxication. After an investigation, he was arrested and booked into the Marshall County Jail on preliminary charges of operating a vehicle while intoxicated and operating a vehicle endangering.
Suspects are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
