A LaPaz man has been sentenced to 51 months in prison for a pair of firearms violations. Peter Rink, 41, pleaded guilty in federal court to being a felon in possession of a firearm and possessing a shotgun with a barrel less than 18 inches long, according to a press release from U.S. Attorney Thomas Kirsch.

A Plymouth man wanted for dealing meth was arrested last week, but not before a search reportedly turned up more drugs. Plymouth Police say they saw Michael W. Arquette, 39, heading north on Michigan Street Thursday afternoon. Officers say he had an active warrant for dealing methamphetamine, so they pulled him over.
Driving around with meth in the car while already being considered a habitual traffic violator is what Plymouth Police say landed a Walkerton man in jail. Officers say Mitchell Platz, 32, was pulled over for a traffic violation near Hoham and Western Tuesday afternoon.
A Walkerton man wanted for dealing methamphetamine has been taken into custody in Plymouth. Christopher Bunch, 27, had an active Level 4 felony warrant, according to Plymouth Police.
