Citizen Tip Spurs Month-Long Investigation That Results in Arrest on a Dealing Methamphetamine Charge

A Plymouth man has been arrested after a citizen tip alerted police of possible drug activity, leading to a several-month-long investigation. Police indicated that many cases such as this start with citizen tips.

A warrant was requested as a result of the investigation. According to a police report, the morning of Friday, May 11th around 9 a.m., the Indiana State Police and the ISP Emergency Response Team, as well as the Plymouth Police Department and the Marshall County Drug Unit, served a search warranted at a residence located on West Adams Street in Plymouth.

As a result of the warrant, 42-year-old Martin J. Noble was reportedly arrested on the preliminary charge of Dealing Methamphetamine, as a Level 3 Felony. Following the warrant and arrest, police say that citizens called to thank officers for taking action on their tips.
