A Rochester man is accused of battery with a deadly weapon, following an alleged incident in Plymouth Tuesday night. Plymouth Police were called to the 500 block of East Adams Street shortly before 9:30.

Two men are facing criminal charges, after a high-speed chase in Marshall County early Friday morning. Bourbon Police say they tried to pull over a vehicle for a traffic violation at Gumwood Road and Lincoln Highway around 1:00 a.m., but the vehicle fled. Officers reportedly pursued the vehicle at speeds over 100 miles per hour, before it wrecked on Gumwood Road south of 15th Road.

After investigating, officers believe that Dustin Isaiah Cavinder, 42, had been operating a motorcycle with the woman as a passenger, when he crashed on U.S. 6, just west of U.S. 31.
