At last Wednesday’s Argos Town Council meeting, members acknowledged that two letters of interest for the Argos EMS Director position were submitted by the deadline. As a reminder, current EMS Director Richie Miller tendered his resignation in August and will be leaving the department on December 31st of this year. Continue reading
Argos officials met with EMS Director Richie Miller last Thursday to discuss finding his replacement.
Director Miller announced that he will be resigning from his position officially on December 31st of this year. Town Council members met with him in a workshop to go over the duties and responsibilities of his position. They also used that time to brainstorm ideas about how the interview process should go.
In addition to searching for a new director, the EMS Department is also looking for additional EMTs. Continue reading
