One person was arrested Wednesday, November 22 after a traffic stop initiated by the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department in the 2000 block of N. Michigan Street in Plymouth at 12:32 a.m. ET.
The driver of the vehicle, Charles A. Hall, 50, was found to have an active warrant through Marshall County. During the investigation, Charles was found to be in possession of a methamphetamine pipe and a THC vape smoking device.
