The officer saw a blue Chevy Impala drive out of the entrance drive to the Northgate Mobile Home Park. Police say the driver drove straight across the southbound lanes and into the median area to turn northbound onto Michigan Street.
The driver of the Impala continued to turn into the officer’s lane causing him to have to brake quickly.
