Plymouth Man Arrested on Public Intoxication Charge

A Plymouth man was arrested Friday, February 16 after the Plymouth Police Department was dispatched to a residence in the 700 block of Berkley Street due to a 911 hang-up.

When officers arrived at the residence, 26-year-old Blake Brown was allegedly refusing to leave a residence in the trailer court. Police say Brown was given his personal belongings and told to leave the area. He appeared to be intoxicated and refused to leave, according to the report.

Brown was taken into custody and booked into the Marshall County Jail on a preliminary charge of public intoxication.

Formal charges will be determined by the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office.
