The driver of the vehicle, Charles A. Hall, 50, was found to have an active warrant through Marshall County. During the investigation, Charles was found to be in possession of a methamphetamine pipe and a THC vape smoking device.
Plymouth Community Schools have undertaken a financial literacy program as part of the Junior Achievement offerings to teach students the basics of using money wisely, building credit and even getting a mortgage. The kick-off event was this past Friday with Darlene Derifield facilitating the 7th grade course at Lincoln Jr High.
