Three Arrested in Plymouth Police Department Calls

Three people were arrested in recent calls handled by the Plymouth Police Department.

Officers responded to an animal complaint Monday, December 4 at 3:46 p.m. ET at a residence on West Madison Street. In the investigation, it was determined that Sadia Galeano, 33, of Plymouth had a local warrant and was taken to the Marshall County Jail.

In an incident Tuesday, December 5 at 6:40 a.m. ET, Plymouth officers were dispatched to Country Charm Laundromat for a suspicious person that was trespassing. Officers made contact with Jennifer McPherson, 42, with no address. McPherson was reportedly uncooperative and after a brief struggle was arrested for criminal trespassing and resisting law enforcement.

Later that day at 2:41 p.m. ET, a traffic stop was conducted on a vehicle driving north on Michigan Street near the U.S. 30 overpass with no lights. Police say the driver Kayla Johnson, 22, of Fort Wayne was suspected of being intoxicated and taken to the Marshall County Jail.

Formal charges will be determined by the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office.

Suspects are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
