Several Arrested in Plymouth Police Department Calls

Plymouth Police Department officers arrested several suspects in different calls early this week.

Officers conducted a traffic stop in the area of Michigan and Washington Streets just before 9:30 p.m. ET Monday, November 27 for equipment violations, according to the report. Police say the driver, identified as Shane Frank, 33, of Syracuse, did not have a drivers license.

He was taken into custody.

Later that night after 10 p.m. ET Plymouth officers responded to a call from Bikers Against Predators in the area of Michigan and Adams Streets. They reported that Harwinder Singh had been allegedly communicating and attempting to meet with an underage decoy. Singh was taken into custody by Plymouth officers and taken to the Marshall County Jail.

In another incident Tuesday, November 28, Plymouth officers received an anonymous tip at 12:45 p.m. ET requesting a welfare check in the 600 block of Randolph Street. That check resulted in the arrest of Chris Williams, 43, of Plymouth for a warrant.

Formal charges will be determined by the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office.

Suspects are considered innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
