Summer is right around the corner which means activities around the Culver Park and the Culver Beach will be winding up for the season.
Park Superintendent Anna Campbell told the Culver Town Council members last week that she recently hired a new maintenance employee and she is currently taking applications for lifeguards. Indiana anglers need to purchase new fishing licenses. State-issued fishing licenses are valid from April 1 through March 31 of the following year. A valid license is needed to fish in public lakes, streams, rivers or tributaries in Indiana or its boundary waters.
