Free flu shots will be available today in the front lobby of Saint Joseph Regional Medical Center from 4:30 until 6 p.m.
According to Debbie Berger, the Community Health and Wellness representative of Saint Joseph Health System, the shots are available to everyone, with no income or insurance restrictions.
However, they do ask that you bring along a canned good that that will be donated to the local food bank. This is not a requirement but it’s a good way to get into the charitable spirit while simultaneously preparing yourself for flu season.
