Saint Joseph Health System Has Administered More Than 4,600 Vaccine Doses

Saint Joseph Health System is urging those eligible for the COVID-19 vaccine to register through the Indiana Department of Health. Saint Joseph’s campuses in Plymouth and Mishawaka are listed as vaccine clinics.

Getting a vaccine requires an appointment, but the health system says it can’t register people itself. Instead, appointments must be made through the state’s system online at ourshot.in.gov or by calling 211.

Vaccine distribution is currently limited to those 80 and older, first responders, health care workers, and long-term care facility residents. The vaccine is free to residents, but they’re asked to bring a photo ID and health insurance card, if they have one.

Saint Joseph Health System says it’s administered more than 4,600 shots since December 18.
