Suspected Meth Dealer Arrested after Pursuit through Plymouth

A suspected meth dealer was apprehended, following a pursuit through Plymouth Thursday. The Marshall County Sheriff’s Department says that just before noon, county officers and Plymouth Police were attempting to stop Jason Clark Joseph, 44, of Plymouth, for a “controlled substance related criminal offense,” following an investigation by the Marshall County Drug Task Force.

Bremen Man Accused of Resisting Police following Public Intoxication Complaints at Centennial Park

A Bremen man faces multiple charges after Plymouth Police were called to Centennial Park twice Thursday night. Officers say that around 8:30 p.m., they gave Larry Wesley Baltes, 45, a warning, after someone complained that he was intoxicated and yelling at people in the skate park. But around 9:50, police got a second call about Baltes being intoxicated and causing a disturbance.

Two Men Allegedly Lead Police on Chase, Then Admit to Underage Drinking, Smoking Marijuana

Two men are facing criminal charges, after a high-speed chase in Marshall County early Friday morning. Bourbon Police say they tried to pull over a vehicle for a traffic violation at Gumwood Road and Lincoln Highway around 1:00 a.m., but the vehicle fled. Officers reportedly pursued the vehicle at speeds over 100 miles per hour, before it wrecked on Gumwood Road south of 15th Road.

Rochester Man Arrested for Drug-Related Offenses, following Plymouth Theft Investigation

A Plymouth theft investigation led to the arrest of a Rochester man for drug-related offenses. Plymouth Police say it happened Wednesday afternoon near First and Madison streets. They say they were investigating a theft that was reported a few blocks away when they arrested Richard Hinsey, 33, for possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, and resisting law enforcement.
