Nappanee Man Accused of Public Intoxication, Resisting Law Enforcement at Blueberry Festival

Public intoxication at the Blueberry Festival is what police say led to the arrest of a Nappanee man Saturday night. Plymouth Police say they responded to a report of an “unknown problem” involving a shirtless male subject at Gate 1 around 7:20 p.m.

Officers say they identified the man as Dustin Pruitt, 30. He’s also accused of resisting law enforcement and intimidation of a law enforcement officer. On top of that, police say Pruitt had an outstanding warrant from Elkhart County.
