Bremen Man Accused of Resisting Police following Public Intoxication Complaints at Centennial Park

A Bremen man faces multiple charges after Plymouth Police were called to Centennial Park twice Thursday night. Officers say that around 8:30 p.m., they gave Larry Wesley Baltes, 45, a warning, after someone complained that he was intoxicated and yelling at people in the skate park. But around 9:50, police got a second call about Baltes being intoxicated and causing a disturbance.

Officers say they found him walking into the North Gate Trailer Park, but when they tried to make contact, he allegedly fled on foot. Baltes was eventually arrested. He’s accused of public intoxication, resisting law enforcement, disorderly conduct, intimidation on a law enforcement officer, and intimidation.
