The first meeting of the Plymouth Redevelopment Commission of 2024, on Tuesday, began with the commissioners taking their oath of office. The Plymouth Redevelopment Commission held its final meeting of the year last week there they held a public hearing about the amendment to TIF 2. City Attorney Sean Surrisi explained that there were a couple of parcels in the allocation area that were going to be changed. This was the city parking lot next to Garro Street and the property on South Michigan Street. This is the property of the proposed brewery.
