The first meeting of the Plymouth Redevelopment Commission of 2024, on Tuesday, began with the commissioners taking their oath of office. Billy Ellinger, Nancy Felde, Craig Hopple and Mike Miley returned as members of the commission. Robin Cupka is a new member to the commission as a non-voting member from the Plymouth Community School Board.

There is one more commission member that still needs to be appointed.

Miley began reorganization and asked if there were any nominations for officers of the commission.

Ellinger nominated Miley as President, Felde as Vice President and Hopple as Secretary. These nominations were approved. Miley continues his service as the commission’s President. Felde moves from her position of secretary to fill the position left by Tom Pedavoli who departed the board. Hopple is now filling Felde’s previous position.

The commission also voted to continue meeting on the third Tuesday of each month at 5:30 p.m. ET in the second floor Council Chambers room at the Plymouth City Building at 124 N. Michigan Street.
