The Plymouth Redevelopment Commission members were updated on TIF projects when they met last week.

An update was given on TIF 3 about the Commerce Street improvements. A request for bids has been put out. Originally they had hoped to get the bids back early, but they were told that in order to get better bids they should allow for more time. The bids now will be submitted by Monday, January 8. Once bids are in they will have about 60 days to evaluate.

The PIDCO development agreement, also in TIF 3, will provide up to $30,000 in incentives over 2025 and 2026 to PIDCO in support of other developments on their land in that district.

Additionally, the PIDCO development agreement was approved.

Terms expire at the end of the year for every member of the commission except for non-voting member, Kurt Christiansen. At this time, the members for 2024 have not been released. Three of these members will be appointed by Mayor-Elect Robert Listenberger and the other two will be appointed by the Plymouth Common Council.
