A court date has been set for the Rochester woman who faces multiple charges related to Tuesday morning’s bus stop accident in Fulton County.

According to a staff member at the Fulton County Jail, Alyssa Shepherd’s initial hearing date is set for Tuesday, November 13th at 8:30 a.m.

She faces three felony charges of reckless homicide and one misdemeanor charge of passing a school bus, when the arm signal device is extended, causing an injury that resembles similar to the one that looks like if a person was injured in a truck accident. Rochester Woman Arrested for Alleged Involvement with Fulton County Bus Stop Accident

A Rochester woman was arrested shortly after 4 p.m. ET on Tuesday for her alleged involvement with a fatal accident at a Fulton County bus stop.

An investigation by Indiana State Police officers resulted in the arrest of 24-year-old Alyssa L. Shepherd. According to an ISP news release, Shepherd was taken into custody while at her place of employment when officers served her with a Fulton Superior Court arrest warrant.

Wanted Minnesota Residents Lead Police on Chase through Marshall County

Two Minnesota residents with active warrants reportedly led police on a chase through Marshall County Tuesday evening. It began when a Plymouth Police officer pulled over a car in the 2200 block of North Michigan Street at around 5:15. Police say the driver, Ace Blahoski, 31, of Miltona, Minnesota and the passenger, Jean Kelly, 33, of Willmar, Minnesota both had warrants out of Minnesota.

According to an update released by the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department, 23-year-old Austin Webb of Knox passed away on Saturday after being transported to Memorial Hospital in South Bend following the two-car accident.

Plymouth Man Loses Life in Car Accident

According to police, 26-year-old Ricky L. Bradley of Plymouth was a passenger in a car driven by 23-year-old Austin Webb of Knox when the Pontiac Grand Am they were traveling in entered the intersection. Webb reportedly failed to yield to the right-of-way of a Chevrolet Silverado driven by 32-year-old Terry Burgess of Elkhart. Police say Burgess’ vehicle hit the passenger side of Webb’s vehicle causing extensive damage.
