Board members approved a change order for the closeout documentation, after City Engineer Rick Gaul presented a summary of the cost under-runs and overruns. “Essentially, the amount of the change order is a minus $29,033.11, basically,” he said, “and it was all described on the next pages that we had out, if you wanted the details.”
