A public hearing on the matter was opened for public comments.
Building Commissioner Steve Gorski commented that the fees better reflect the cost of processing building permits and applications. Town Attorney Jim Clevenger noted that some of the fees went up and some went down and the new fee schedule will go into effect January 1, 2024.
There were no public comments.
The ordinance amendment was unanimously approved on the first reading. The rules were then suspended and the ordinance was unanimously approved on second and third reading.
