
A Bourbon woman was taken into police custody on Tuesday, April 10 on charges of fraud on a financial institution and theft.
Officers with the Plymouth Police Department were dispatched to Wal-Mart around 4:30 p.m. on Friday, April 6th in reference to a theft that had just occurred where one male subject involved with the incident had apparently fled the scene.
Marshall County officers were able to locate the suspect vehicle and conducted a traffic stop, according to the police report. The male party involved was apparently detained and transported back to Wal-Mart by Plymouth Officers. Continue reading
Two people were arrested around 1 a.m. on Wednesday after police were notified of a theft in progress at the Kroger grocery store in Plymouth.
The Marshall County Central Dispatch Center received several calls about items being stolen from unlocked vehicles during the morning and late afternoon of Saturday, February 24th.

The Marshall County Sheriff’s Department received a report of a purse being stolen from a vehicle in the 9600 block of Union Road in Plymouth, on Thursday at approximately 5:27 a.m.
According to a press release, officers arrived on scene and reviewed the parking lot security cameras. While reviewing the footage, they reportedly learned that earlier that same morning shortly before 5 a.m., a tall, slim subject walked up to the victims red, 2014 Ford Taurus, made entry and removed a purse. The Indiana Department of Natural Resources issued a press release today, seeking public assistance in finding two stolen Law Enforcement Snowmobiles that were taken from Potato Creek State Park near the town of North Liberty.

Detectives with the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department are asking for information regarding two separate burglary incidents on Sunday, Dec. 31, 2017 between 8:30 a.m. and 2 p.m.
Police say an unknown person or persons forced entry into an outbuilding in the 4,000 block of Beech Road. The suspect took numerous tools, electronics and a large, portable heater, according to the report.
Three Plymouth residents are accused of theft and forgery at a local business. The owner of Plymouth Pallet Company reported the theft and forgery of several business checks between October 20 and November 9.
The suspected burglary of a LaPaz home is being investigated by Marshall County Police. Officers believe it happened sometime between 3:30 Wednesday afternoon and 5:00 Thursday evening in the 200 block of South Street.
Two Plymouth residents were arrested Sunday, in connection with a theft from a Warsaw store, the hit and run of a security guard, and the discovery of methamphetamine. At around 7:00 p.m., Plymouth Police say they were told to be on the lookout for a white 2002 Oldsmobile Alero.
