A woman was arrested on suspicion of drug possession, following a Marshall County traffic stop Friday night. Marshall County Police say they pulled over a Jeep on U.S. 31 near 4A Road shortly before 9:00 p.m. and detected a strong odor of marijuana coming from inside. Officers searched the vehicle and reportedly found marijuana, marijuana paraphernalia, cocaine, and ecstasy pills.

A Marshall County traffic stop reportedly led to the discovery of more than 12 grams of methamphetamine. The Marshall County Police say they pulled over a pickup truck just before 10:00 p.m. Friday in the area of Michigan and 4A roads. Officers say they found 12.2 grams of meth and a meth pipe inside.

A Plymouth man has been sentenced to 22 years in prison, after he was found guilty of aggravated battery and neglect of a dependent. WNDU-TV says Micah Kunkle had been convicted of holding a two-year-old boy under hot water, giving him third-degree burns.

Two men are facing criminal charges, after a high-speed chase in Marshall County early Friday morning. Bourbon Police say they tried to pull over a vehicle for a traffic violation at Gumwood Road and Lincoln Highway around 1:00 a.m., but the vehicle fled. Officers reportedly pursued the vehicle at speeds over 100 miles per hour, before it wrecked on Gumwood Road south of 15th Road.
