MARSHALL COUNTY — The Marshall County Council approved requests by Marshall County Health Department (MCHD) Administrator Faith Freed to apply for two grants.
The Marshall County Council members considered a joint resolution Monday morning that contained a petition for the formation of a Regional Sewer District. The Marshall County Commissioners approved a similar resolution during their meeting last week.

MARSHALL COUNTY — Marshall County Sheriff Matthew Hassel submitted his commissary report to the Marshall County Council this month from July 1, 2021 to December 31, 2021.

MARSHALL COUNTY — Marshall County Council approved a grant application request made by Marshall County Parks and Recreation Department Board Secretary Deborah VanDeMark in the amount of $5,000 from Arrowhead Country Resource Conservation and Development; a 501c3 non-profit organization, to be used to fund the planning portion of the Kayak and Canoe Launch Project.
The Marshall County Council members will meet today where they will hear from Sheriff Matt Hassel concerning a report of receipts and distributions of the Commissary Fund. He will also present the Commissary budget for 2022.
