Null Honored for 16 years of Service as an Argos Town Council Member

The Argos Town Council held their last meeting of the year on Tuesday, December 20. It just so happened to also be Council Member George Null’s last meeting on the council. After 16 years of serving on the Argos Town Council, Null decided not to run again for the elected position.

Bremen Town Council Passes Ordinance for End of Year Fiscal Transfers

BREMEN—The Bremen Town Council passed their annual end-of-the-year fiscal transfer ordinance and takes unused funds from certain accounts for town departments and appropriates it for other needs in the town. When this occurs, the money being transferred is typically from unused miscellaneous funds.

Bremen Town Council Discusses Park Board Matters

BREMEN—The Bremen Town Council received recommendations from Director of Operations, Trend Weldy, regarding recommended appointments for various roles in town government with the intent of voting on it at their Dec. 22 meeting. Almost all of the recommendations were approved without discussion. However, one person, Jeff Byrd, was not appointed to the Park Board after nine-plus years in service on the board.
