But Fulton and White counties are among the seven coded yellow, the next level up. No counties are in the high-spread orange or red categories.

An earthquake rattled the local area Thursday afternoon. The U.S. Geological Survey reports a 3.8 magnitude earthquake struck in Parke County in West-Central Indiana at 3:18 p.m. EDT. It was reportedly felt in much of Indiana and in neighboring states.

The Indiana Department of Health says Starke County had one more case, bringing the total to 2,251 since the pandemic began. Marshall County had two more cases, for a new total of 6,185.
