A Plymouth student has been selected for the 2016 Indiana Junior All-State Jazz Band. Hugh Smith, an eighth-grader at Lincoln Junior High School, will be playing the trumpet when the band performs Friday, January 15 in Fort Wayne, as part of the Indiana Music Education Association’s 2016 State Conference.
