INDOT to Break Ground on Bridge Project Near Plymouth
The Indiana Department of Transportation officials, elected officials, and contractor and consultant partners will break ground on a $28.7 million project to construct overpass bridges on northbound and southbound U.S. 31 over the Elkhart Western Railroad between 13th Road and 14th Road near Plymouth.
