MARSHALL COUNTY — Marshall County Attorney Jim Clevenger updated the Marshall County Commissioners this week that the dismissal paperwork for the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) lawsuit has been signed and notices have been prepared. That paperwork is still in a waiting period before it can be submitted to the judge for final approval of the dismissal agreement.

Those counties include Starke County, Fulton County, Newton County, Tipton County, and Perry County.
