The Culver Town Council members discussed salary ordinance changes during their meeting last week.
They unanimously voted to increase the bi-weekly stipend for council members which will increase to $215.38. The council president will receive $261.54 in a bi-weekly stipend. The bi-weekly salary of the clerk-treasurer will be 1,961.54 in a bi-weekly salary, or a $2,081.54 bi-weekly salary with the three certifications obtained.
The employees received a 50 cent/hour increase as previously approved. The other terms of the salary ordinance remain unchanged.
