Argos Town Council Approves Bid for Community Crossing Work

The Argos Town Council members considered a bid for upcoming work approved with Community Crossings funds.

Utility Superintendent Jamie Lindstrom said the lowest bid was submitted by Rieth Riley at $483,000.  Work will include a new layer of hot mix asphalt on portions of Marshall Street, Railroad Street, Poplar Street Dewey Street, Huff Street, Washington Street, Albert Street, South Street, and Center Street.

The council members approved the bid with a unanimous vote.
