The Marshall County Commissioners reviewed an agreement with North Township as part of the Stellar Communities process.
Marshall County Crossroads was designated as the 2019 Regional Stellar Community.
The agreement is similar to what other townships have agreed to in terms of participation and funding support as a Stellar designee. This agreement calls for a $3,000 commitment from North Township. It was unanimously approved by the commissioners.
The Town of Lapaz plans on a water project, a splash pad, improvements to ball diamonds, housing, and a walking trail.
