During last week’s Argos Town Council meeting, officials discussed the possibility of hosting summer events similar to the “Food Truck Fridays” held in Bourbon.
Library Director Jane Hall reminded the council members that the possibility of a “TGIF Argos” event has been brought up in the past and there is a committee of organizers assembled.
She explained that the plan was to do it last summer but due to a combination of health complications and personal obligations, the members were unable to get things organized in time. Continue reading
