One Arrested on Reckless Driving and OVWI Charges
A Markham, Illinois man was arrested Thursday evening after allegedly speeding on U.S. 30 and driving under the influence.
According to Marshall County police, 38-year-old Raphael Newkirk was on U.S. 30 between King Road and Iris Road when an officer noted that Newkirk was traveling at 106 mph in a 60 mph area.
