The Culver School Board is reviewing the way staff members get paid for eLearning days. A revised eLearning policy was presented during last week’s board meeting, according to Superintendent Karen Shuman. “We’re making sure that we are fair to all types of district employees, when it comes to being paid on eLearning days or not being paid on eLearning days,” she explains.
Bremen School Board members received a brief update about NEOLA policy upgrades at their Monday night meeting.
Superintendent Dr. Jim White previously shared that up until recently, Bremen officials were writing their own policies. In order to avoid being left behind, school board members agreed to enter into a partnership with NEOLA, an organization that will help them incorporate all applicable state laws and regulations into their school policies.
