The former office manager of B & G Truck Conversions is accused of defrauding the Argos-area business out of more than $130,000. Marshall County Police believe Jennifer Kay Yeo, 46, of Bourbon, created false business expenses, and then forged the checks to her own name. Officers say over 130 checks in her name were discovered.

Road conditions are being blamed for a motorcycle crash near Plymouth Friday morning. Marshall County Police say that around 10:20 a.m., Enrique Cook, 34, of Hammond, was trying to merge onto southbound U.S. 31 from U.S. 30. Officers believe the 2018 Harley Davidson lost traction and ran off the roadway.

A Bourbon man arrested for violating a protective order is now also accused of possession of meth and disorderly conduct. Marshall County Police say they were called to the 4400 block of State Road 10 shortly after 8:00 a.m. Saturday and arrested Charles Wade Steinman, 22, for the violation of the protective order. As they continued investigating, officers say they found narcotics and paraphernalia.

A Plymouth woman was taken to jail, after a report of shots fired near Donaldson early Saturday morning. Around 3:20 a.m., Marshall County Police say they got a call about gun shots fired and suspicious activity in the area of Union Road and 8th Road. A little later, the caller said the vehicle had left, but then called back saying the vehicle had returned and was now driving by slowly using a spotlight on a group of deer in a field.
A fight between two brothers at a Culver home reportedly ended with both of them being taken to jail early Thursday morning. Marshall County Police say that around 1:15 a.m., someone called 911 reporting that two adult brothers were fighting and one of them had a knife.
Five people were hurt in a crash last week at 4th Road and Plymouth-Goshen Trail. Marshall County Police say it happened Wednesday afternoon around 4:15. Officers believe Richard Grounds II, 30, of Bremen, was driving a 2005 Chevy Tahoe east on 4th Road, when he drove into the path of a 2007 Nissan Sentra that was heading south on Plymouth-Goshen Trail.
A Friday night traffic stop led to two Plymouth residents being arrested for cocaine possession. Marshall County Police say that around 8:50 p.m., they tried to pull over a 2012 Nissan pickup truck near the intersection of 9A and Richter roads. When the driver, Roberto Landron Fonseca, 27, stopped the truck in the Ace Fitness parking lot in Plymouth, police reportedly discovered that he was driving without a license.
Marshall County Police are asking for the public’s help in identifying a group of people accused of stealing a camouflage ground blind used for hunting. A resident in the 14,000 block of Nutmeg Road reported the theft Tuesday. Police believe two men, possibly accompanied by a third person, went onto the property and took the equipment.
