Burglary Suspect Found in Plymouth Home Given Prison Time

Marshall County Police stopped a white Ford Edge, driven by 27-year-old Albert Johnson, on US 31 near 11th Road. Johnson was found to be driving on a suspended license.
Plymouth Man Arrested for Sunday Morning Strangulation Incident
A Plymouth man has been arrested after Police say he strangled an individual who eventually reported the incident.
Officers got the call around 11:30 a.m. on Sunday, but were apparently unaware of what had occurred. The Plymouth Police Department said there was a language barrier that prevented an understanding of the call.

The Marshall County Sheriff’s Department began investigating a report of a loud explosive device on Sunday after receiving several calls.
Illegal Needles Found During Traffic Stop
Plymouth Police say that one charge led to another during a Thursday morning traffic stop.
Officers say the Ford F150 driven by 46-year-old Thomas Hardy and 30-year-old Ava Strieter had an expired license plate. A quick records check revealed that the vehicle was being driven with a suspended license.

Plymouth Police Arrest Pair After Calls
Two men were arrested in Plymouth on Thursday after they were described as having a bit too much to drink by officers.
34-year-old Deshawn Marable and 37-year-old Jastus Kiama of South Bend were in the area of Michigan and Baker Streets in Plymouth. They are accused of stopping vehicles and asking for money so they could get a ride to South Bend.
One Arrested in Alleged Stabbing Incident in LaPaz
Marshall County authorities have made an arrest in a Saturday incident that resulted in a large amount of blood on Main Street in LaPaz.
The Sheriff’s Department was contacted around midnight about a male victim bleeding profusely. Officers arrived on scene and located what they described as fresh blood, but did not locate a victim.
Two Arrested for Cannabis Possession Following Foot Pursuit
While the good use of cannabis ranges from cbd drops for dogs, people are still on the illegal use of marijuana. A 26-year-old Knoxville, Tennessee man was taken into custody on Friday following a traffic stop.
Plymouth Police conducted the stop on Kasey Stonerburner for a traffic violation. According to officers, Stonerburner became uncooperative before allegedly fleeing the scene on foot.

Two Arrested in Connection with April Burglary
An April burglary in Marshall County has led to an arrest.
According to information released from the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department, the burglary occurred on April 6th in the 16-thousand block of Mill Pond Trail.
